Product Owner – Fintech Payments
Location: Dublin or Kerry (Hybrid / Remote Flex)

Opportunity

Join a leading global fintech as a Product Owner, driving the next phase of growth in digital payments. You’ll own the backlog, shape product delivery, and act as SME within a cross-functional Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap into product requirements & user stories

• Prioritise & manage backlog across new features, tech debt & ops items

• Liaise with Sales & stakeholders to refine requirements and track KPIs

• Set sprint priorities, review delivery, and report to executive stakeholders

• Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Engineering, UX

• Continuously improve processes, identify risks & opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years’ Product Owner experience, ideally fintech/payments

• Strong knowledge of multi-channel payments (eCommerce, PoS, MOTO, acquiring)

• Background in Agile environments

• Degree in IT or related discipline

• Proven experience translating complex deliverables into epics & user stories

• Strong communication, collaboration & stakeholder management skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
